Fill in our online return form with your order number, email and return/reason for exchange.

For Swedish returns, parcels can be left at your nearest PostNord service point or DHL point (depending on your choice of shipping method).

For International returns at your nearest UPS service point.

For returns from outside of EU, commercial invoice must be requested from customer service shopping@houseofdagmar.se before returning an item.

Your return will be refunded once received at our warehouse. The refund will be issued to the same credit card or invoice. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

If you wish to exchange your item/s, please return your item/s and place and new order on our website.

For any discrepancy in the order, please inform our customer support at the point of delivery.

Items ordered must be returned to the warehouse in perfect condition with the return information label.

Make sure to return all products exactly as you received them, with hangtags still attached.

Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded at return of order.

If an order is abandoned and not imported according to shipping terms when ordering outside of EU, a fee of 500 SEK/50 USD/45 EUR/40 GBP will be charged at return.
