LOGISTICS MANAGER

HOUSE OF DAGMAR IS LOOKING FOR A LOGISTICS MANAGER

As our Logistics Manager, you will be a key player in the operations team. You will own the flow of product from warehouse arrival to the customer’s door – across retail, wholesale and e-commerce – and your expertise will be central as we continue to grow internationally.

This is a full-time position based at our head office in Stockholm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Own the full order life cycle: inbound to warehouse, fulfilment, delivery to customer and returns

· Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product is ready on time for collection launches

· Monitor the order book and inventory data to plan deliveries within requested delivery windows

· Manage trade compliance for retail, wholesale and e-commerce

· Manage import and export processes, including customs documentation

· Be the main point of contact with our warehouse and solve issues proactively

· Follow up on quality, quantities and stock levels, and optimise processes to improve inventory accuracy

· Analyse inventory and logistics data to identify improvements in cost, lead times and service level

· Drive and support supply chain projects initiated by the management team

SKILLS & BACKGROUND

· 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics or supply chain, preferably within fashion or e-commerce

· Strong Excel skills and experience of Business Central (ERP)

· Structured, analytical and solution-oriented, with a strong drive

· Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, workloads and systems

· Fluent in Swedish and English

IT’S A PLUS IF YOU HAVE

· Been involved in establishing a warehouse set-up in the US

· Experience from a warehouse transition, e.g. moving to a new warehouse or logistics partner

· Experience in inventory analysis, such as stock turnover, ageing and accuracy
