Customer Care & E-commerce Operations Coordinator (Maternity Leave Cover)
House of Dagmar is looking for a Customer Care & E-commerce Operations Coordinator to join our E-commerce team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a premium, omnichannel customer experience with a strong focus on customer care, order management, and returns.
You will also act as a key link between e-commerce and retail, ensuring a consistent customer journey across channels. You will work closely with and report to the Head of E-commerce.
Key Responsibilities
Be responsible for online Customer Care across channels, including handling customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
Ensure a seamless omnichannel customer experience in close collaboration with retail teams and other internal stakeholders
Act as a point of contact between e-commerce and retail regarding customer cases, orders, and returns
Manage and follow up on daily order flow, deliveries, returns, and refunds to ensure high customer satisfaction
Monitor and support daily operations of the Dagmar online store
Manage systems connected to day-to-day e-commerce operations, including the e-commerce platform, ERP system, warehouse management system, payment platform, returns tool, and CRM system
Use CRM data and customer insights to support customer retention, loyalty initiatives, and improved customer experience
Drive e-commerce performance by converting visitors into customers, increasing retention, optimizing sales, minimizing returns, and building long-term customer loyalty
Own the product catalogue in the e-commerce back office, including preparing upcoming seasonal products for launch once in stock
Work closely with the Head of E-commerce to plan, execute, and evaluate sales campaigns
Your Profile
Previous experience in Customer Care and e-commerce operations within a premium fashion brand
Minimum 3 years of experience working with e-commerce operations, preferably on the Centra platform
Experience working with CRM tools and omnichannel customer journeys
Experience collaborating with retail or physical stores is a strong advantage
